AJAX Books

AJAX, the latest thing in web application development, is the technology behind Wallace McClure's two most recent books. Teamed with other Microsoft MVP's, McClure's first AJAX book, Beginning Ajax with ASP.NET hit shelves last Fall. Today, we announce the release of its followup, Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX. These handbooks are aimed at programmers wishing to utilize the benefits of AJAX technology within the .NET framework. Both are available from Wrox Press.

Microsoft MVP Award

SDI partner Wallace McClure has been honored for the fifth year in a row as a distinguished Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional), in the area of ASP.NET. MVP's are recognized by Microsoft as leaders in the technology community, having shown outstanding expertise in their respective fields.

INETA Speaker

The International .NET Association, or INETA, provides peer-based educational support to Microsoft .NET user groups worldwide. We are pleased to announce that Wallace McClure has been inducted as an INETA Speakers Bureau member.

Award for Customer Excellence

In November 2005, Wallace McClure was given the Award for Customer Excellence (ACE). ACE is a Microsoft 'thank you' program that recognizes professionals in the field who have contributed time to testing beta versions of newly developed software. In this case, McClure received the ACE for his pre-release beta testing of Visual Studio 2005.

ASP Insider

Since 2003, Wallace McClure has held membership as an AspInsider. The ASPInsiders is a select group of international professionals who have a demonstrated expertise in ASP.NET technologies and who provide valuable, early feedback on related developing technologies and publications to their peers, the Microsoft ASP.NET team, and others.
