U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights
For the Department of Education, McClure helped develop a web based system which consolidates all national databases and enables the Office of Civil Rights to do searches for cases and individuals much faster and more efficiently.

Magnatron
Magnatron is the developer of an accounting and inventory application that runs on the IBM AS/400. For their accounting system, McClure created a front-end, web based e-commerce system that uses ASP and DB/2. He also developed a Windows based application that creates a graphic image based on AS/400 graphics commands.

An Internet Search Engine
McClure used ASP, ADO, XML, SQL Server, MySql, Windows Services, C#, ADO.NET, and the .NET Framework to design a system that currently handles 1 million unique users and 50 million hits per day.

State of Tennessee, Department of Children Services
For the State of Tennessee, McClure worked with an in-house team to design an ASP and SQL Server based system that handles registration, attendance management, and billing for training received. The project included training developers in ASP and ADO.

Parent of a National Hotel Corporation
For this national hotel parent company, McClure completed an upgrade of the billing system application. The upgrade increased system performance and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Lucent Technologies
Lucent is the Telecom research company of AT&T. McClure is responsible for designing and developing the web front-end of its manufacturing system. This included developing middle-tier components based on COM+, designing and developing the inventory management system for the plant, and designing and developing a data warehouse / data mart for the system. The system was built with ASP, Visual Basic, MTS / COM+, and Oracle.
